4-5 thin beef sandwich steaks
2-3 tsp butter
1 medium onion
1 green pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
4 fresh hoagie rolls, sliced and heated

Directions:
Directions:
Slice each steak in thin strips and set aside. Melt butter in a heavy skillet; add steak strips and heat on medium high for 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Add next three ingredients and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Do not overcook. Spoon steak mixture in rolls and serve immediately.
