1 c. Dannon plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce. Use the remaining sauce to marinate the fish (for 20 minutes in the refrigerator) and to baste while cooking on an open grill. Spoon the reserved sauce over the grilled fish and serve.
