1 Acorn squash
1 tbsp onion, minced
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
1/3 c melted butter
1/3 c light molasses
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash, cut in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Bake cut side down in shallow pan at 350 until almost tender 35-40 minutes. Turn cut side up and salt, putting onion walnuts in cavity.
Filling;
Combine butter, molasses, salt and cinnamon; spoon over squash and filling. Finish baking till tender about 20 minutes brushing with glaze occasionally
