11/2 c canned milk diluted with 11/2 c water
1 c potato water
2 tbsp flour
4 medium potatoes
1 lb parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
4 small onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions together until tender. Drain. Save the water and rub the vegetables through a coarse strainer. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, potato water and milk and combine with potato and onion pulp. Season with parsley, salt and pepper. Beat with an egg beater and serve hot with croutons.
