1 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp flour
Dash salt and pepper
3/4 c milk
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter a souffle dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Melt butter; stir in flour and salt and pepper. Cook until thick and boils 1 minutes
Stir in cheese and cool
Preheat oven to 350 Combine egg whites and cream of tarter in a medium bowl. Beat until stiff. Beat yolks until thick and creamy. Beat in cooled cheese sauce and then fold in egg whites. Bake for 1 hour.
