2 c flour
1/2 lb butter
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 c cold water
Filling:
8 peeled and sliced apples (Granny Smith)
3 tbsp flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour add egg yolks, vinegar and water. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate over night. Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time. Roll out on floured dish towel. Arrange apples along edge of longside and roll up, guiding cloth in each hand. Place on ungreased pan. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
