4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
pinch of salt
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp water
1 1/3 tbsp cornstarch
2 c strawberries, puree

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cream of tarter and salt until small peaks about 2 1/2 minutes. Dissolve sugar in water and bring to boil 238 Gradually add hot syrup into egg whites. Beat until cool. Add cornstarch to strawberry puree. and fold into egg whites. Butter 8 cup mold and coat with sugar. Bake at 425 until done.
