16 Wedges baked potato skins 2 tbsp butter 1/2 c onion, minced 1 c cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
Melt butter in small skillet; saute onion until golden. Chill. Combine cooked onion, cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on top of each wedge. Bake in a 425º oven 7 to 10 minutes until cheese melts and is golden. Serve very hot.
