3 c torn head lettuce
3 c torn romaine
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
16 oz can sweet peas drained
1/2 c sliced green onion
1/2 c sliced celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
11/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon, crisply cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, toss head lettuce and romaine. Spread with 1/2 c mayonnaise; sprinkle with 2 tsp sugar. Layer with peas, onion and celery. Spread with mayonnaise; sprinkle with sugar. Top with cheese. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, crumble bacon over top and toss.
