1 lb. can salmon
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Flake salmon, combine with other ingredients. Moisten with salmon liquid. Spoon into oiled quart loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.
