25 Oreos Half gallon coffee ice cream Jar of fudge sauce (not Hershey's syrup) 1/2 - 1 c. pecans
Process 1/2 of Oreos at a time in food processor. Press into bottom and up the sides of a 10" spring-form pan. Freeze. Soften the coffee ice cream (I use mixmaster) and spread over crust. Freeze. Spread the jar of fudge sauce over the frozen ice cream along with 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped pecans.
