1 large egg well beaten
1 stick softened margarine
4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
1 stick softened margarine
1/2 to 1 c chopped pecans
1 c brown sugar
1 c crushed crackers or corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well beaten egg, 1 stick margarine, sweet potatoes, sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Mix together topping ingredients. It will be crumbly. Top potatoes and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
