3c. sugar
5tsp. baking soda
2c. Fiber One cereal
5c. flour
1c. Crisco
1tsp. salt
4c. Kellog All Bran
1qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
2c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over fiber one and set aside. Creeam crisco and sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk and soaked fiber one. Sift flour, soda, salt, and add along with kellog all bran at one time. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate and bake as you want them. Bake in muffin tins at 400 for 20 minutes. Keep in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
