8 large chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 stick butter Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts until tender, remove and debone. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and place in a 10x14 casserole dish.

Mix sour cream, chicken broth and soups together. Pour mixture over chicken, spread evenly.

Crush Ritz crackers. Stir in the melted butter. Sprinkle on top.

Bake 350 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve with Cranberry salad, Cranberry Sauce or Apple sauce.
