3 slices bread, torn into pieces
1c. tomato sauce or skim milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1/2tsp. salt/pepper
Sauce:
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1/4tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2tbsp. brown sugar
1tsp. mustard
1tbsp. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
soak torn bread in 1cup. tomato sauce. Add remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add saoked bread and light mix. Place in loaf pan. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
