12 egg yolks
1 c sugar
1 c brandy
1 1/3 c rye or RUM
2 c half and half cream
12 egg whites
3 c whipping cream
nutmeg to taste and garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar together until lemon colored and thick. Add brandy, rum and cream. Blend well. Chill for several hours. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat whipping cream in large bowl and fold in egg whites. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Pour into a large punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
