6 c white bread, crusts removed cut into 1" cubes
6 oz. cream cheese, cut into small cubes
6 eggs, well-beaten
1 c milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c dark maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place half the bread in a greased 8" square pan. Dot cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, remove plastic and back in preheated 375'F over for 45 minutes. It will be puffy and golden. Serve immediately with extra maple syrup and crisp bacon.
