2 eggs beaten
3/4 c. sugar or splenda
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Stir eggs, sugar and vinegar well. Taste. Add dash of salt and dash of sugar if more is needed. Place on low heat, stir constantly until thick. Cool. Stir mustard and mayonnaise into cooled mixture. Pour over salad and mix.
