1 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
butter or vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Combine flour with remaining ingredients, except butter. Toss chicken with flour mix to coat. In skillet, heat butter 1/4 inch deep and cook chicken over medium high heat until golden brown. Place chicken in crock pot, adding wings first, add liquid to cover and cook on low setting for 4-10 hours.
