1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk, scalded
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour scalded milk over butter, salt and sugar. Sprinkle yeast into the warm water. Add 1 tbsp. sugar and baking powder; let stand 20 minutes. After milk is cooled, add the beaten eggs, then the yeast mixture. Add flour and blend. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Roll and let rise 2 hours. Bake at 425 F. until golden.
