1 yellow cake mix (mixed according to the directions)
3 or 4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cake mixture in greased and floured pan. Arrange rhubarb on top of batter. Sprinkle sugar on top. Pour 2 cups cream evenly over top. A custard form on the bottom as the cake bakes. Store in the frig.
