1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 stick margarine
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 pkg. French bread, Texas Toast, or cinnamon bread
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and corn syrup, mixing well. Spray a 9 X 13 pan with non-stick spray. Slice bread into 3/4" to 1" thick slices. Pour butter mixture into baking dish, arranging bread slices flat in butter mixture, squeezing to fit in. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla with a mixer and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve right from the baking dish. Serve with your favorite syrup, if desired.
