Pizza Salad Recipe

1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c salad oil
1/4 c white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 medium head lettuce, torn
8 oz sliced salami, cut in 11/2 inch strips
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c ripe olives, halved
1 tbsp chives, snipped

In a screw top jar combine tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper; cover and shake. Chill. Combine lettuce, salami, cheeses, tomatoes, green pepper, olives and chives. Shake dressing; pour some over salad. Toss to coat. Pass remaining dressing.
