1 pkg lemon gelatin
11/4 c hot water
1/2 c cold water
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c whipping cream or sour cream
1/2 c salad dressing
1/2 c apple, diced and unpeeled
1/2 c celery, chopped
6 marshmallows cut fine
1/2 c diced pineapple

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple juice. When it begins to set, fold in juice. When it begins to set fold in whipping cream. Combine remaining ingredients and fold in gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
