3 oz. Bacon (chopped) 2 oz. Onion (diced) 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 tsp. Pupon Mustard 8-10 Spinach leaves 4 oz. Mushrooms
Saute bacon until lightly brown. Add onion, cook until soft; add vegetable oil and mix; add vinegar mix; add mustard. Place spinach in bowl and cut into bite size pieces. Add mushrooms and toss. Pour hot dressing over spinach and toss.
