Mix and chill:
1/2 head lettuce
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. chopped celery (or cucumber)
1 c. oranges (or pineapple)
Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil

Toss salad with dressing and 1/2 cup toasted almonds or pecans.
