1 pkg (12oz) spiral macaroni
1 1/4 c pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 c green pepper, chopped
1/4 lb hard salami, cut into thin strips
1 small red onion, cut into rings
1/4 parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c parsley, finely chopped
3/4 c Italian Dressing

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add macaroni and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
