Five cooked chicken breasts, in bite-size pieces
Two c. grated cheddar cheese (I use mozzarella, less fat)
One pkg. tortillas
1 chopped onion (I do not use, kids do not like it)
Sauce:
1 can cream of celery coup
˝ can chicken broth
One can mushroom soup
One can Rotel chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sauce until sooth. Cook chicken in small amount of water, slightly salted, until tender. Cut into pieces. Place in a 8 x 13 Pyrex, layer of chicken, some tortillas cut into pieces, ˝ of the onion, ˝ of the cheese, ˝ of the sauce…repeat with cheese on top.
Bake uncovered 1 hr. at 350 F
