2/3 c. vinegar
c. vegetable oil
Mix and set aside
4 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. green onions with tops
1 or 2 red bell peppers, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
2 lbs. small frozen green peas

Mix all the vegetables, add the dressing and refrigerate overnight.
