3 lg. ripe tomatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
1-2 cucumbers, cut into half moons
12 olives, halved
1/2-3/4 c.crumbled feta

Dressing:
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 - 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place first ingredients into bowl. Mix dressing and pour over tomato-olive mixture; cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
