1 lb ground beef
1 11 oz. can black bean soup
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup prepared medium chunky salsa
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in a 2 or 3 qt saucepan. Pour off drippings when fully cooked. Stir in soup, drained beans, water and salsa. Bring to boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes (uncovered). Remove from heat and stir in green onions. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
