1/4 c. butter
3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. milk
1 3oz. pkg softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento
2 c. coarsely cut cooked chicken
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mushroom soup & 1/2 c. milk (add last)

1. Melt butter, add green pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes
2. Add flour and blend well; add chicken stock and milk, cook stirring constantly until thick and smooth
3. Have cream cheese softened, break up and add to sauce; heat and stir until cheese is melted and well blended.
4. Add pimiento, chicken, salt, and mushroom soup with milk; heat thoroughly and serve in patty shells
