3 c. cubed cooked chicken breasts
2 med. size cucumbers, peeled, chopped
1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
2/3 c. sliced, pitted olives
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. mayo w/ 1-3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 Tbsp. dried curshed oregano
Boston lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In lg. bowl, combine chicken, cucumber, feta, olives and parsley; set aside.
In small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt or sour cream and oregano. Add to chicken mixture. Toss until lightly coated. Cover and chill. Serve on Boston lettuce or in whole wheat pita
