4 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 bunch Scallions, diced (+/-)
2 c. fat-free Plain Yogurt
2c. lithe Sour Cream
2+ lemons, juiced
Garlic Salt & Salt, to taste
4 Chicken Bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2c.hot water

Whirl all ingredients in processor and serve chilled. Garnish with thin lemon slice. Serve in a cup.
