3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring


Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut up, and boil till tender. Mix mashed potatoes and sugar. Add beaten eggs and milk. Add margarine and vanilla flavoring. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
