3 egg whites, beat until stiff but not dry
3 egg yolks, beat until lemon colored
(Eggs should be room temperature)
Powdered sugar to taste (3 to 4 tbsp)
Vanilla
Nutmeg or cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites. In separate bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir together. Add powdered sugar. Add capful of vanilla. Take 2 heaping spoonfuls of mixture and add to mug of hot water stirring constantly. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon. Add rum and/or brandy if desired.
