3/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. sugar (or Splenda)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. powdered coffee creamer
Pint jar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl with whisk. Place mixture in pint jar or pretty container. Place 1-1/2 to 2 tbsp. mix into cup. Add 1 c. boiling water. Stir well. Serve with whipped cream if desired.

Another variation is to place 1 cup milk, 10 small ice cubes and 2 tbsp. of mix in blender. Blend until ice cubes are crushed. Serve immediately. Or mix with ice cream and milk to make a shake.
