Ingredients:  
1/4 c flour
3 tbsp cocoa
1 c powdered sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Separate eggs. Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in to cocoa mixture. Spread on grease wax paper in a 10x15 jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Trim edges if they are to hard and dry. Roll up and rest one minute and unroll. Cool. Fill with ice cream or whipped cream. Roll and freeze if ice cream is used.
