1 package thawed frozen broccoli
1 finely chopped medium onion
1 T oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup processed cheese spread
1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop broccoli finely. Heat oil in saucepan. Toss in vegetables and fry for 5 minutes. Add soup and heat to boiling point, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stir in cheese, milk and salt. Cook until bubbly. Makes 3 cups. Can be served on rice or spaghetti.
