Ingredients:  
1/2 c shortening
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 pkg yeast
11/2 c warm water
1 tsp salt
6 or 7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in 1/2 c warm water. Cream together shortening and sugar, beat in egg and pour into yeast mixture. Add flour and knead until smooth. Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and make into rolls
Bake 375 for 15 to 20 minutes
