1 large (13 oz.) pkg Doritos ( save 2 cups for topping)
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 10 oz. can chili with beans
10 or 15 oz. enchilada sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Topping Ingredients

2 cups Doritos
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cups sour cream

Preheat oven 375

Crumble 6 cups Doritos with your hands into a large mixing bowl.

Add onion, chili, enchilada sauce and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese to the crumbled Doritos. Stir to combine. Place the mixture into a 8 1/2 x 11 in. casserole dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Spread sour cream over top of casserole. Top with remaining 2 cups Doritos. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.

Bake another 10 minutes. Serve
