1 1/2 cup egg whites beaten
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. flour sifted 3 times
1 1/2 c. sugar sifted 3 times
1/2 cup sugar and flour

Bake one hour and quarter slowly start at 275 to 375 for 35 minutes
