9 inch baked pie shell
1/2 lb hamburger meat
1/3 c onion, chopped
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain well. In medium mixing bowl, beat together milk, mayonnaise and seasoning. Stir in beaten eggs. Add one cup cheese and ground beef and onion mixture to bowl. Pour into baked pie shell in glass pie plate. Use a high throughout baking. Microwave 6 minutes on high. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and microwave on high for an additional 3 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
