3 qt of milk
1 rennet tablet
1 c flour
1/2 c cream
1/2 c sugar
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soak rennet tablets in 2 tablespoons of warm water. Heat milk to 70 and remove from heat. Add flour and dissolved rennet tablet. Let stand until thick. Cut in cubes and drain whey. Beat eggs, cream and sugar, mix with cubes and bake in a slow oven till set. Serve with milk, sugar and cinnamon.

My Grandpa Pauk loved this and Mother would make it for him on special occasions. I think the milk needs to be unpasteurized.
