1 c milk
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c cooked rice
1/4 c raisin

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg, milk, and sugar. Add rice and raisins. Pour into shallow 1 quart baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Bake in slow oven 325 for 35 minutes or until set.
