3 T cornstarch
3 c water
1/2 c vinegar
6 T vegetable oil
2 cloves diced garlic
2 1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with water, stirring. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes, cool. Beat in other ingredients.
