3 Cups blackberries
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Box pie crust (2 crusts)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup water
1 Tbsp. butter or more

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F

In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch and blackberries. Over medium heat, stirring until boiling and then boil 1 minute. Set aside
Prepare pie crust according to directions.
Roll out one crust to fit bottom of 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Pour blackberry mixture into dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roll out top crust adjusting over dish to fit. Cut slits in top for steam to escape. Bake 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
