1 medium grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
3 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 eating apple, diced
1 8 oz can mandarin-orange sections, drained
1 c diced celery
1/4 c coarsely chopped pecans
salad greens

Dressing:
1/4 c mayonnaise
2 tsp grated orange rind
1 T orange juice
Pinch of Salt
1/2 c whipped heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut grapefruit and orange sections in half and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Fold in dressing and chill. Serve on greens. Makes 6-8 servings.

Dressing:
Mix all but whipped cream. Fold in whipped cream.
