cheesecloth
1/2 c white vinegar
4 tsp salt
1 small minced garlic
1 small onion
1 small bunch celery in 1/2 inch strips
3 medium, thinly sliced carrots
2 c cut cauliflower
1 9 oz package drained green beans

Directions:
Directions:
1-7 days ahead, dissolve and mix all ingredients, and add to one pound container. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Cook onion 10 minutes in salt and drain.
