2 T gelatin 1/2 c cold water 1 tsp salt 1 can pineapple chunks 1/3 c lemon juice 3 T sugar 1 1/2 c shredded carrots lettuce
soak gelatin in water. Dissolve over low heat; add and dissolve salt, lemon juice and sugar. Add to juice from pineapple to make enough liquid to make 3 cups. Add carrots and pineapple chunks. Serve on lettuce with pineapple chunks.
